Premier Outlet

​Premier Outlet opened in 2004 as the first factory outlet centre in Hungary. The first two phase of the centre was sold to Aviva in 2006 and JLL- King Sturge- was first appointed by Aviva and Raiffeisen Bank- the joint owners of the centre- to provide treasury services and later took over full scale property management in 2011. The centre was built in three phases, the total GLA is 23,000 sq m. The centre is located 15 km West from the centre of Budapest in a well established retail area. Anchor tenants are Nike, Adidas, Puma, Mango, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger. A major refurbishment of the centre’s food court area is planned for 2014 under the project management of the JLL team.
