Ablon appoints new letting agents

Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as co-exclusive letting agent on 4 office buildings in Budapest

​Budapest, February 4, 2014 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as a co-exclusive letting agent on 4 Grade A office buildings owned by Ablon in Budapest. The new mandate covers the leasing of Arena Corner, Business Center 99 (BC99), Gateway Office Park and M3 Business Center. Budaörs Office Park (BOP) is being solely marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle.

All assets of the portfolio are well located, quality, category ’A’ buildings. Since the size and technical specifications of the available office areas vary they can provide solution for tenants with different needs. Tenants looking for big, open air office space should favour Gateway Office Park and Arena Corner while for occupiers interested in Váci Corridor should look at BC99 the former KPMG building. BC99 would be ideal for an occupier looking for an HQ styled building in an accessible Váci út location.

All buildings in the Ablon portfolio have good visibility and since all assets are located close to the capital’s main transportational hubs accessibility by car is also easy. M3 Business Center located in Könyves Kálmán körút and Arena Corner could be a good choice for companies who are likely to locate their HQs close to the M3/M5 highways and the airport. Since BOP is located close to M1/M7 motorways, it is an excellent office solution for companies based in Western Hungary. Having a HQ office in Budaörs is advantageous for companies with high turnover as business tax is lower here than in the capital.
