JLL has started the New Year with a renewed professional background in more divisions

BUDAPEST, February 16. 2017. – 2017 is the year of reformation at JLL. Many positions have been fulfilled with new professionals, new hires started in Office Group, Property Management, Marketing and also a new position was created for a business development director.

dr. Peter Würsching LL.M. MRICS fulfils the new role of Business development director at JLL Hungary. Beside acquiring new clients for the company his mission is also to raise JLL's service palette onto a higher level by synchronising the activities of the different divisions. Peter in the past 10 years has worked in senior positions at companies like MASPED Zrt., CBRE, B&V, Raiffeisen Bank, CTP and has a wide experience in all of the service portfolios offered by JLL. Peter is a member of RICS since 2012, and together with his real estate advisory qualification he has obtained a degree in Hungarian and international law as well.

Major Krisztina has joined JLL Office Group as senior consultant and supports the clients with her broad experience on developers' side. She started her 10-year professional carreer at the planned TóPARK City Center development as head of retail leasing. She was a board member of the Association of Hungarian Shopping Centers during the project and then became head of office leasing in Hungary at Raiffeisen Evolution. With her profound market knowledge and network she is a valuable asset to the JLL team.

Peter Ferenc Peter strengthens property management as technical manager since this January. Before joining JLL he has managed such serious projects like Liszt Ferenc Zeneakadémia, where he was responsible for its overall reconstruction and property management.  Above this he worked as technical, operational, manufacturing and project leader at the Power Station of Vértes, ACER, NOKIA and COATS, attaining significant results in the introduction of processes related to producing machines, infrastructure maintenance and energy management. Due to the diverse organisational cultures and requirements he has a broad experience that he can utilize at JLL.

Aniko Nagy joined the Hungarian office of JLL as marketing manager. After having received her degree in Economics at International Business School, she attained her Marketing Masters in the UK. In the past 10 years she was mainly involved in the B2B sector realising marketing communication campaigns and brandbuilding. During this time she has worked for Eston International where she learned the real estate business. Aniko supports JLL's market appearance with her original views and dynamism since January.

JLL Hungary closed a record year in 2016 and has reached the leading position among Hungarian real estate agencies in Book of Lists. The result was acknowledged by such awards like the „Capital Markets Team of the Year 2016" by CIJ or the "Transaction of the year 2016" by Property Investment Forum. „I am proud of the results of last year, our performance is also outstanding on the regional level and  echoes our cliens' trust towards JLL. Due to our success on the real estate market last year and the reformation within our local organisation and visual idientity, we start an energetic 2017 and I hope for a similar successful year." – said Ferenc Furulyás, managing director of JLL.
