Jones Lang LaSalle appointed on AEW Europe’s buildings

Budapest,11 August, 2011

AEW Europe, the leading European real estate asset and investment manager has instructed DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to co-exclusively let their Budapest office portfolio of 58,000 sq m: EMKE, MOM Park and West End Business Center. The three office buildings currently offer 16 000 sq m lettable ’A’ category office space in total.

The Hungarian AEW Europe office portfolio offers a wide variety of solutions for office requirements from 100 to 5 000 square metres and all three buildings are situated at strategically important locations of the capital: Blaha square for Emke,  central Buda for MOM Park and Váci út across WestEnd Shopping Centre for West End Business Center.

For the successful re-letting, AEW Europe is carrying out considerable building upgrades in all three properties, featuring mainly the ground floor common areas and receptions, thereby welcoming its tenants and visitors with state-of-the-art designs and features. On-site services and facilities are also planned to be improved to ensure further tenant satisfaction and better positioning.

EDF, Regus, Duna House, Pfizer, Young & Rubicam, FIAT, Diageo, Ernst&Young or Sara Lee are among some of the prestigious tenants of AEW Europe’s office buildings in Budapest.

„Most companies consider excellent location, outstanding price-quality ratio and stable background during their office search. All buildings of our portfolio meet these requirements and the professional teams of JLL and DTZ will further help us to successfully let them” – said Anita Hancz, asset manager of AEW Europe.
