ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Greeting visitors.
  • Taking and answering phone calls, delivering messages
  • Handling incoming and outgoing faxes and letters
  • Taking care of the reception area
  • Mailing
  • Welcoming and serving clients
  • Taking care of the office and kitchen supply (ordering stationery, drinks)
  • Keeping contact with courier and taxi supplier
  • Hotel, flight reservation
  • Helping the agents work

 PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

"Must Have"

  • Outgoing personality and enthusiastic, can-do approach to work
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian

"Nice to Have"

  • Receptionist experience
  • One additional language (French or German preferred)
  • A good understanding of multicultural surroundings

 PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Dynamic personalit
  • Energetic, persistent and well organised approach to work
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
