Éva is responsible for the retail activities of JLL Hungary and has a full knowledge of the Hungarian retail market.

Éva is responsible for the retail activities of JLL Hungary and has a full knowledge of the Hungarian retail market. Éva is in charge of representing landlords and developers as well as international and national retailers.
Éva started her carrier in the Hungarian real estate market in 2006, when she joined JLL Hungary’s Retail Department as a junior consultant. In 2017 she was promoted to Head of Retail Leasing.
During her career Éva had a pivotal role in the leasing of Premier Oultet Centre, Corvin Plaza, Pelikán Shopping Centre (10,000 sq m), Allee (47,000 sq m), KÖKI Shopping Centre (57,000 sq m) and the Stop.Shop strip malls (14 retail schemes). Besides, she was involved in the leasing various high street units and provided tenant representation services for international retailers. Furthermore, she prepared various market studies on behalf of Raiffeisen, Tesco, Unibail Rodamco, AEW, Klepierre, Cegis.
Education and affiliations
Éva holds an MSc from the University of Kodolányi János, Faculty of Economics, and she has also obtained her RICS certification recently.
