Ferenc is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership in the Hungarian business.

Current Responsibilities

Ferenc is leading the Hungarian JLL team of 42 persons, offering professional advice in retail, office and industrial leasing, tenant representation, capital markets transactions, project and development services, property management and valuation. He is an expert in advising private & institutional investors on the commercial real estate market in Hungary.


Previously, between 2003-2010 he was leading the JLL investment team with transactions worth over €1 billion and achieving a market leader position. Distinctive deals included the sale of AIG/Lincoln retail portfolio (4 retail boxes in Budapest and Prague in 2004), the purchase of Harbor Park logistics center in Budapest (for ProLogis in 2005), the sale of the largest Hungarian office portfolio to date (on behalf of DCM in 2006), the sale of trophy office buildings (Park Atrium for RREEF in 2007, Bank Center for Rockspring and Krisztina Palace for CODIC as the largest forward funding deal in 2008) and the purchase of 50% of Allee shopping centre (for Allianz in 2009). Ferenc was promoted to his current role in 2010.

Prior to joining JLL he provided advisory services at international corporations like PWC, K&H Brokerage.
