Roland leads the industrial department within JLL’s Budapest office with responsibility for industrial sale and leasing of all kind of industrial premises including development lands.

Roland leads the industrial department within JLL’s Budapest office with responsibility for industrial sale and leasing of all kind of industrial premises including development lands. He is responsible for providing superior client service to international and local industrial clients and landlords.
Experience
Roland is an experienced advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Communication, Facility Management (FM), Customer Satisfaction, and Sales Management.
He has extensive knowledge of the industrial market, in-particular the availability of developable plots around Budapest as well as providing strategic relocation and consultancy advice to major occupiers and capital markets services. He also provides agency services to Industrial Parks. Since his joining the firm he took part in numerous leasing transactions with Prologis and Segro as well as land transactions/sales in the vicinity of Budapest.
Education and affiliations
He studied at International Business School Budapest, Oxford Brooks University (Logistics & Finance). Roland speaks English fluently.
