Agoda.com is an online travel agency and metasearch engine for hotels, vacation rentals, flights and airport transfer. It is owned by Agoda Company Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, and a subsidiary of Booking Holdings. Today, Agoda owns more than 21 offices around the world, from 2011 onwards in Budapest. The Hungarian office, with more than 200 employees, is the hub of Agoda's European operations.

In Budapest the demand for space is increasingly tight that effects the demand for Design and Build services as well. This also urged to launch our Tetris service also in Hungary which was introduced to the market at the end of 2019 and Agoda.com office fit-out project became our first local reference.

How we worked together

In 2019, Agoda established a new office in Budapest, which was implemented by JLL PDS team and Tetris Hungary. Our team in Budapest was thinking proactively with the client and led the fit-out project from design to full completion.

The result?

Together we’ve worked out how to meet Agoda’s requirements and managed to design a colourful, employee-friendly and multicultural office. Our team was able to deliver the project within 5 months and met the contracted deadline to the client’s satisfaction, not to mention that having them as our first Tetris reference in Hungary is also a great pleasure for the whole team.
